Enter Rate	Please tell us the amount the agreement with the client says you will be paid. Enter an hourly or daily figure.
Rate Type	To make it easy for you to enter your rate, you can enter either an hourly or a daily amount. Indicate here which period the above amount refers to (e.g. £20 an hour, or £150 a day).
Hours per week	Please tell us how many hours per week you will normally work. This allows us to calculate your basic salary correctly in accordance with minimum wage legislation.
Daily non-billable expenses	Please give us an estimate of your daily non-billable expenses. As a starting point, we suggest you claim 40p per mile for travel to and from your temporary place of work, plus £5 a day for lunch for each day you work there.
